International Director Gary D'Orazio

Gary D'Orazio was elected International Director at the International Lions Convention in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in July, 2009.  He will serve a 2 year term. 

There are 34 international directors that serve the organization by supervising the officers and committees of the association, managing association business, property, and funds, and preparing and approving the fiscal year budget.

ID Gary has been a Lion since 1980.  He has served his club, the Boise Bench Lions, as president and membership director, and is a past District Governor of 39W and a past Council Chair of Multiple District 39.  He has received numerous awards, including Hallock-Wehman Sight and Hearing Foundation Award and Lion of the Year, Committee Chair of the Year, and Recruiter of the Year at the club, District and Multiple District levels.  He is also a Melvin Jones Fellow.

ID Gary and his wife Linda, also a Lion, have 1 daughter, 5 sons and 13 grandchildren.  He currently works as a real estate agent and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Idaho Association of Realtors, and the Ada County Association of Realtors.
