Club Reporting Overview

This is the guide for the NEW membership and officer website application (WMMR)

Please note that the WMMR is offline between the hours of 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM Central Time, USA for backup purposes.

WHERE IS IT?

1) Go to our main website address at http://www.lionsclubs.org.

2) Choose a language.

3) Click the "To Transmit Member and Officer Reports" button along the left margin.

4) Read Important Message page.

b. Click "NEW WMMR Site" button.

HOW DO I LOG IN?

If you have not reported your current year's club officers, you will not be able to access the application even if you have the access codes.

To gain access to the WMMR, you will need your international MEMBER number. You will also need your club officer password to the new application.

WHAT ARE THE PARAMETERS FOR USING THIS APPLICATION?

If you are reporting your monthly membership, the WMMR only accepts the current calendar month's reports and up to four months prior.

Only the current year's president, secretary and treasurer will have access. Only the president and secretary will be able to modify data and report. The club treasurer will only have write access to the billing module.

WHAT IS AVAILABLE TO ME?

1) Membership Module

a. Review member data (names, addresses, etc.)

b. Update membership (add, transfer, reinstate and drop members)

c. Report no activity (additions, subtractions to membership or data modifications)

2) Club Module

a. District Officers (view district officer info)

b. Reports (access club reports, including the monthly membership reports)

i. There is an official requirement that your District Governor be notified of your monthly and annual reports.

c. Club Info (update meeting info)

d. Club Officers (review/update club officer info)

e. Branches (review/update club branch info)

f. Billing (set up an activity event, assess billing, review activity events created)

(Suggest creating all activity events before assessments so as to avoid scrolling through your entire membership more than once when designating which members are associated with which activity events.)

HOW DO I REPORT?

NOTE: Acknowledge the month and year of the report you are addressing!

Would recommend viewing your past reporting history to ascertain which report have been completed. The path is Club> Reports> Club Monthly Reporting History.

To generate your Monthly Membership Report (MMR), click the "membership" link from the main menu. A secondary menu will appear.

You may now record additions/subtractions to your membership, change member information or choose to report without any modifications (link is the last entry on the page).

Once the report is generated, it can be found by clicking the "club" link from the main menu and clicking "reports" from the secondary menu. You may now click the "report" button associated with the 'Monthly Membership Report row. After selecting the month and year of the report, it will be displayed in Acrobat Reader (.pdf file) software. At this point you may print/save/e-mail your report.

E-MAILING REPORTS

The following instructions are based on an Internet Explorer 6.0 browser. Your browser should have comparable features.

You may save the report to your hard drive and e-mail it as an attachment.

With the report displayed on your screen in the .pdf (Adobe) format, click File from the menu bar and choose "Save". Name your file and acknowledge in which directory you are saving the document.

Start your e-mail. Enter e-mail address(es). Click on the "attach" button (looks like a paper clip). Navigate to the file you have saved. Double-click on the file to select the report. Click the "Send" button. Persons who receive this may view, print, or save this document in their Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
