CLUB MEMBERSHIP & OFFICER REPORTS

Following are step-by-step instructions on how to submit your PU-101 online:

1	When you are ready to submit your report to Lions International, click on the "Submit Report" button below
2	Click on "New WMMR Site" button at bottom of page
3	Enter your member number and password
4	Click on "Go" button
5	On the "Welcome' page click on "Club" at top of page
6	On the list of clubs click on your club
7	Click on "Club Officers"
8	Click on "Add" button at bottom of page
9	On "Club Officer / Chairperson Update" page, select title from drop down arrow on left side (for example: president)
10	On right hand side of page, scroll through members until you've found & highlighted your incoming club Officer's name
11	Click on "Add" button
12	Go back to left side, input beginning date and ending date (07/01/06 06/30/07)
13	Click on "Submit" button on bottom of page
14	Continue this process for President, Secretary, Treasurer, & Membership Chair
15	After all data has been submitted, you will be sent to "Club Officer Terms Recap & Selection List" page
16	Click on "Close" button at bottom of page
17	On "Club Administration Home" page, click on "Reports"
18	On "Club Reports Selection" Page click on "Lions Club Officer Reporting Form (PU-101)" Print button
19	On "Club officer Reporting (PU-101)" page, click on "Next Year" dot & click on "run" button
20	On the "Adobe Reader" page click on the "Printer" icon on the top of the page to print the report
21	On the "Adobe Reader" page click on the "Save a Copy" icon on the top of the page to save the report
22	For reference, print this page before submitting your report (right click on page & then click print)
