Another project became visible in 1999. MD 39 Lions now have a MSU (Mobile Screening Unit) which was placed in service in 2000. This Unit screens Lions, Children, Adults, etc. for Hearing, Vision, Blood Pressure, and Glaucoma. Also a partnership program is in the works with the Diabetes Program to allow screening for diabetes at many of the screenings.
